Comprehensive Study on the Positive Integration, Assimilation and Retention of Foreign Workers within the Ministry for Health in Malta
Marketing Advisory Services (MAS) was engaged to conduct research on behalf of the People Management Division within the Ministry for Health (MFH) in response to “Tender for the Commissioning of a Comprehensive Study on the Positive Integration, Assimilation, and Retention of Foreign Workers within the Ministry for Health (MFH) in Malta – CFT017-0162122 (CPSU 2348/21)”.
The broad objective of this study was to identify issues and factors that positively and/or negatively impact the attraction, integration, and retention of foreign healthcare workers employed within the MHA.
This study was originally conducted in 2022, and was repeated two years later in 2024 to measure the improvements resulting from following the recommendations of the first study.
